This popular double deep super Langstroth hive has gone through a major upgrade providing a number of enhancements from floor to roof.
 FOUR HOLES ROOF VENTILATIONThis includes much more ventilation through the roof/outer cover enabling much more warm air to flow upwards and out of the four ventilation holes. It's designed to keep the bees in and pests out whilst allowing air to flow. |

PRE-DRILLED HOLES FOR EASY ASSEMBLYThe Super/Brood Full Deep Boxes have been totally redesigned to make it easier during the construction phase. The super strong dovetail joints still remain however now have pre-drilled holes on one part to help prevent splitting of the timber and less work needing to be undertaken on your side. These allow you to use either nails (provided) or if you want even greater strength, to use 45mm wood screws (will need to be provided). |

SCREWS NOT NAILS Another almost invisible improvement but extremely important is the way that the pre-built parts are assembled. We believe in quality and strength and therefore have assembled the roof/outer cover and the floor using screws and not just nails. This will ensures many more years of better physical bonding when the wood naturally tries to twist and distort. |
