A great all-round feeder that is placed above the center hole in the inner cover. It is an excellent alternative to the entrance jar feeder. This product is the feeder base only (jars not provided).  It fits the common mayo or standard mason jar with a 70 mm lid, so there is no need to buy a special jar. You just poke several small holes in the jar lid with a small nail (we also with holes in them). When filled with syrup, a small amount leaks out, which creates a vacuum that holds the syrup in suspension. The bees draw syrup without any significant leaking.

This double jar feeder can be used in Warre, Langstroth or Top Bar hives.
