Our inner cover has high mechanical strength, high durability,  and high functionality. Unlike most inner covers, it is 1.125"  tall. This extra height increases strength by allowing more glue at the joints and more overall stiffness.  The inner cover is further strengthened by 18 staples connecting the panel to the frame.   Additionally, whereas most manufacturers only use a 1/4" panel, we use a 3/8" panel.  This further increases overall stiffness and durability  

The extra height of our inner cover provides enough room for you add a pollen patty patties above the frames by flipping the inner cover so its tall side is down.  Similarly, the extra height provides more room for putting extra fondant above the frames.
